What you pay to send something is quoted live in the app before you confirm: base fare, distance, traffic segments, waiting time, extra stops and 18% GST, each on its own line.

Every completed booking carries a downloadable, shareable PDF tax invoice. Yugoo is registered as an Electronic Commerce Operator under CGST section 9(5) and collects GST on behalf of its partner drivers.
Wallet credit and promo codes
Spend wallet credit against a booking and stack a promo code on top. The split between credit, promo and what you still owe the partner is shown before you pay.
Card and online payment
Coming soonPaying online is on the way. Until it ships, every booking is settled directly with your partner at the door, so there is no card to save and nothing to charge in advance.

What can I send with Yugoo?
Anything that fits one of our eight vehicle categories — from documents and small parcels on a 2-wheeler, up to 2,500 kg on a Tata 407. For a house move, the Packers & Movers category includes two helpers.
How is the fare calculated?
A base fare covers a fixed starting distance, then you pay a per-kilometre rate. Segments in heavy traffic are charged at a separate surge rate, and waiting time, extra stops and 18% GST are added as their own lines. Every component is visible in the app before you confirm.
How do I pay?
You pay the driver directly when the job is done — cash or UPI, whichever suits you. Nothing is charged upfront, and the full fare is shown and locked in before you confirm the booking. Card and online payment are coming soon.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Completed bookings have a downloadable, shareable PDF tax invoice. Yugoo is registered as an Electronic Commerce Operator under section 9(5) of the CGST Act and collects GST on behalf of its partner drivers.
How do I know the right driver picked up my goods?
Every booking generates a 4-digit pickup OTP. The partner has to read it back to you before the delivery can move to in-transit, so nothing leaves without your say-so.
How do I become a delivery partner?
Download the Yugoo partner app and complete onboarding: your profile and vehicle category, identity and vehicle documents, police verification, a live selfie, and bank details for payouts. Our team reviews the submission, and once approved you subscribe to a plan for your vehicle category and go online.
